Terra Antica pasta is made with Lucanian durum wheat semolina, grown on our farm in conversion to organic in Agro di Vaglio Basilicata without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides. The processing of the pasta is artisanal with bronze drawing and slow drying at low temperature.
