Terra Antica pasta is made only with Lucano durum wheat from our farm in conversion to organic farming, in land located about 1,000 meters above sea level in the countryside of Vaglio Basilicata.
The wheat is grown in accordance with tradition without the use of chemical fertilizers and herbicides.
